The delivery policy includes a fixed time delivery to guarantee you fresh fruits. Illustrating the same, all orders placed from Monday to Friday gets delivered next day between 8am-2pm, if ordered within 11:59pm on the same day. Orders placed after 12 am on Saturday until 11:59pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday. This is to due to non availability of fresh fruits on Sundays and to follow our strict protocol of only delivering hand picked fresh fruits.

Notably, this time, delivery on Sundays is not available. This means that the orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be reachable to your location on Monday. In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances like rain, strike, road blockages etc, we will inform the customer in advance to fix a revised delivery time.

Both Cash on Delivery and Online Methods (including Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI including GPay, PhonePe, PayTM) are accepted for checking out with your orders. Asking for the refund, you will need to give your valid bank account details or UPI Id where the amount can get credited successfully.
