Our Products

1. We sell fruits and freshness is what we have to ensure. Fruit Carro delivers the ordered products the very next day before 12 noon.
2. We confirm orders based on the availability of quality fruits only. This means we accept orders only if we find that our fruits are up to the mark in terms of quality for the next day delivery. If we don’t find the order fruits suitable for our customers, our customer support executive will let them know immediately, specifying the reason behind our unacceptance. Our customers can, however, place their order for the next day if they desire.
3. Post-delivery of the products, if customers find that the fruits are not up to the mark in terms of quality, they are free to get them replaced or claim for refund.

Return & Exchange Policy
Fruit Carro reserves to either replace the fruit or refund the amount if the customer is able to upload the damaged fruits within 8 hours of delivery, approval of refund / replacement subject to approval from our Risk Team.
